Corvino Tasting Room is our small, intimate jewel box where, separated from the Supper Club, you have the theater of an open kitchen. Chef Michael’s plating table sits between you and the bustle of the cooks. You are taken on an experience that seamlessly ties together Chef’s childhood in the Pacific Northwest, his technique and ingredient driven focus, and the constant search for both innovation and simplicity. An evening in our Tasting Room is made memorable by the highest level of hospitality and the region’s leading expression of modern American cuisine. We are proud to have received the AAA Four Diamond rating, one of only three restaurants in Kansas City to achieve this distinction. Our sommelier Christina Corvino carefully chooses delicious and interesting pairings, or you may select from our wine and cocktail list. Your menu can accommodate allergies and restrictions, with 24 hours notice.
Tuesday through Thursday we offer a shortened 5-course tasting menu for $85, and optional pairings for $55. (This will conclude in 2019.)
Friday and Saturday we offer our 10+-course menu for $125, with optional pairings for $75. (This will be the sole offering in 2020.) Please allow approximately 2.5 hours for the 10-course experience, and 1.5 hours for the 5-course.
