Corvino Tasting Room is our small, intimate jewel box where, separated from the Supper Club, you have the theater of an open kitchen. Chef Michael’s plating table sits between you and the bustle of the cooks. Over approximately two and one-half hours, you are taken on an experience that seamlessly ties together Chef’s childhood in the Pacific Northwest, his technique and ingredient driven focus, and the constant search for both innovation and simplicity. Curated beverage pairings dovetail with the menu, and will both surprise and delight you. An evening in our Tasting Room is made memorable by the highest level of hospitality and the region’s leading expression of modern American cuisine. We are proud to have received the AAA Four Diamond rating, one of only three restaurants in Kansas City to achieve this distinction. Our wine director carefully choose delicious and interesting pairings, or you may select from our wine and cocktail list. Your menu can accommodate allergies and aversions, with 24 hours notice. Please allow approximately 2.5 hours for this experience.
Exciting news! Beginning July 1, we will offer a shortened 5-course tasting menu on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for $85, and optional pairings for $55. We will reserve our 10+-course menu just for Fridays and Saturdays, still at $125, with optional pairings for $75. We understand that you may not have as much time during the week as the weekends, therefore we are making this change to better serve our guests.
