    Join us for our February Raven’s Nest Winemaker Series dinner, featuring Silvia Bonomo of Monte del Frá, Italy! Monte del Frá is owned by a farming family led by patriarch Massimo Bonomo, who in 1958, rented his first lands in the hills surrounding Lake Garda, in the province of Verona – a land shaped by glaciers, rich in minerals, with a Mediterranean climate. Chef Michael will prepare a 5-course menu specifically tailored to these beautiful wines, ranging from a frizzante to pinot grigio to amarone.

There’s a reason Wine Enthusiast named Ashley to their 40 Under 40 list – Brook & Bull is a return to her roots of varietal driven, nuanced, and intricately balanced wines. Chef Michael will prepare a 5-course menu specifically tailored to these beautiful wines, which include Chardonnay, rosé, Cabernet, Malbec, and Bordeaux blends.

    Join us for our April Raven’s Nest Winemaker Series dinner, featuring Tahmiene Momtazi of Maysara, McMinnville, Oregon! The Momtazi family has organically farmed 532 acres for more than 20 years. It’s the soil diversity and location at the mouth of the Van Duzer corridor that gives these Pinot Noirs dark fruit flavors & spicy earth tones, while whites like Pinot Gris, Blanc & Riesling attain fruit-forwardness and vibrant acidity. Andrew has stood in most every vineyard in the Central Coast because by day he’s a nursery fieldman planning vineyards for farmers – and he is sometimes offered small lots of their best fruit.
